At Optiva / Qvantel, I own quality for the OBP Telecom BSS platform, covering functional, regression, and integration testing across billing and CRM workflows. I lead and manage the QA team on the TSTT project integrating Product Catalog Order Management (PCOM).
I design and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile testing, integrated into CI/CD pipelines. I also drive release governance and production-readiness sign-off, and champion AI-assisted quality engineering.
At Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., I led quality engineering for identity and access management products, including Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and OCI IAM. I tested authentication flows and cloud solutions, and designed automation for web, API, mobile, and Linux-based enterprise applications.
