I've supported business finance at JK Cement and FP&A across India’s premium retail portfolios, translating high-volume financial and operational data into reporting leaders can act on.

At Apparel Group India, I built an interactive Budget vs Actual P&L dashboard across 150+ stores and eight premium brands, reducing management review time by 60%. I also standardized brand-level P&L reporting and created net-profit-level Daily Sales Reports to help leadership respond to underperforming stores the same day.

At JK Cement, I led process design for SAP S/4HANA automation handling 50,000 transactions per day and saving more than 1,000 manual hours annually.
