What I'm looking for

I want a finance leadership role where I own close and compliance, manage AR/AP and reporting, and partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk controls—using SAP and ERP data to improve cost, cash flow, and profitability.

I’m a finance and accounts professional with over 16 years of quantifiable achievement, combining visionary, strategic, and tactical expertise to strengthen financial results. I focus on bottom-line outcomes—cost reductions, and revenue/profit improvements—through leadership, team building, and hands-on financial control.

As a Finance Controller, I manage financial performance and operational finance activities across branch locations, using SAP to control financial operations. I handle core processes including account payable, account receivable, general ledger, bank transactions, fixed assets, scrap asset processing (with management approvals), and financial risk management.

I’ve owned compliance and reporting cycles under US GAAP and Indian GAAP—closing books in December and in March—while ensuring adherence to the organization’s compliance requirements and DOA. I also drive management reporting such as cash flow statement, fund flow activities, leverage ratio, ratio analysis, variance analysis, and act vs budget, supported by weekly meetings with regional leadership and directors for growth status.

Previously, I served as Finance & Account Manager and Assistant Finance Manager, where I managed end-to-end accounting, AR/AP and reconciliations, indirect and direct tax compliance (GST, GSTR returns, TDS, advance tax), and forecasting/budgeting with MIS and ratio analysis. I also bring internal audit strength and strong ERP systems experience, including Farvision 4.5, Tally Prime, SAP FI, and Jilaba, with knowledge across Ind AS, US GAAP/IFRS, and SOX-aligned audit practices.
