I operate Carelon Global Solutions' Imperva DAM environment across 40 Management Server nodes, 400+ Gateways, and 3,000+ database monitoring Agents. I upgraded the global platform from v12 to v14 with zero production impact and built HA gateway topologies for continuous security logging.
I automate agent deployments, patching, and compliance validation with Ansible, and route security events to Splunk for real-time threat correlation. My work spans database auditing, SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and disciplined ServiceNow change and incident management.
