In my current role as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, I provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) support to multinational clients. I am responsible for creating, updating, and modifying user profiles and groups in Active Directory. I also handle the bulk addition and deletion of Active Directory accounts and groups. Additionally, I have experience in user access management, Citrix desktop support, PowerShell scripting, and troubleshooting Citrix systems.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, where I achieved a GPA of 79.6%. I also have a strong educational background in subjects such as Microsoft Identity Manager, ServiceNow, Citrix Desktop Director, F5 Load Balancer, and Exchange Console.
