I’m a detail-oriented IT and Cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience across IT support, systems monitoring, security operations, and automation. I bring an “operations-ready” approach—documenting what teams need to act quickly and consistently.

As an Operations Intern, I coordinated technical monitoring and digital workflows supporting 40+ remote students and staff. I implemented cybersecurity documentation practices, including incident response checklists and security-awareness guidelines, and I managed email and operational records to enterprise-grade standards.

I also deliver clear, evidence-based security documentation: I drafted simulation runbooks and evidence collection templates as part of my cybersecurity documentation deliverables.

Alongside security work, I’ve supported digital engagement as a Video Editing & Digital Engagement Intern, integrating information security awareness into content reviews. I’m now seeking an IT Intern role where I can support secure transactions, system integrations, automation, and performance reporting.
