Victor Okindo

I'm currently shaping data architecture, performance frameworks, and reporting for American Friends Service Committee's multi-country portfolio across Kenya, Somalia, and South Sudan. I translate programme data into dashboards, briefs, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, technical teams, and external funders.

Previously, at USAID Nuru Ya Mtoto through PATH, I built real-time Power BI dashboards for project and government leadership, defined KPIs for a four-county portfolio, and led data quality audits across more than 343 reporting sites.

Across CHAK, AMPATH Plus, Jhpiego, and PATH, I've strengthened reporting systems, reconciled enterprise data sources, automated extraction and analysis with SQL and R, and delivered baseline and midline assessments. I've also supervised and mentored data teams, helping non-technical colleagues use reporting for performance and accountability decisions.

My work combines data modelling, validation, indicator design, and clear stakeholder communication to turn ambiguous questions into reliable metrics and actionable visualisations.
