I seek a role where I can lead data-driven research and systems, mentor teams, build automated analytics pipelines, and apply statistical methods to deliver measurable impact.

I am a seasoned data scientist and statistician with a Ph.D., over five years of applied experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, and data management across R&D and academia. I have led data operations for crop-breeding programs, developed automated R analysis pipelines and R Shiny dashboards, and managed mobile-based imaging initiatives to train AI phenotyping models.

I excel at workflow optimization, training development, and cross-functional coordination, having lectured at multiple universities and provided consultancy to organizations including WHO and CGIAR partners. My work blends research rigour with practical implementation to deliver actionable insights that bridge science, policy, and development.
