I’m a senior product designer and design-systems specialist with 16 years of experience, focused on building systems from the architecture down: tokens, components, guidelines, and the governance that keeps them from rotting.

At Incenteev, I built the design system alone in 2019—135 components and 167 tokens in a full Atomic Design hierarchy, with a written spec beside every component. Six years on, it still ships the product to roughly 37 white-label client deployments, themed off a single token on one shared component set.

I also founded and rebuilt SOFT’s Soft Kit fast—82 components and 138 primitive tokens in about six weeks, plus an 83-token semantic layer for light and dark theming. I used an AI workflow (Claude Code, ngrok validation, and Figma AI/MCP) so engineering received Figma files against real DS components, not generated code.

From the start, I run governance as a working pipeline: weekly component reviews with front-end, the CTO, and the lead developer; specs in Jira; implementation in Storybook; then product-side review and approval. I’ve backed my approach with task data (513 design tasks across ~2,011 hours, with significant rework) and helped evolve the system in production—like migrating to tonal surfaces and light borders—while designing key features from zero and improving onboarding, navigation, and training workflows.
