What I'm looking for

I'm looking for global remote work where I can improve production AI agents through prompt engineering, evaluation, tool-use verification, failure analysis, and hands-on system building.

At Howie AI, I completed 5,690 live customer cases and audited 1,000+ more inside a production LLM agent system, steering multi-step plans, selecting and verifying tool calls, correcting extracted JSON data, and documenting failure patterns. I maintained roughly 12 cases per hour while handling policy conflicts, ambiguous decisions, tool failures, and a platform shift to plan-based prompt steering.

I've also built a CRM and front-end workflow at IMASO Logistics that reduced quotation and reply times by about 40% and was acquired for development into a commercial SaaS product.
