I’m looking for a fast-paced analytics role where I can turn messy data into clear decisions—building Power BI dashboards, using SQL/Python for insights, and collaborating with product and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a data analyst who turns messy data into clear decisions. I blend technical analytics with the communication skills to make insights actionable for any audience.

In customer insights and data analytics internships, I monitored and categorized support tickets in Freshdesk, tracked SLA compliance, and built dashboards presenting KPIs to stakeholders. I also performed ticket trend analysis to uncover recurring issues and peak load periods, then mapped end-to-end customer journeys to identify friction points and recommend optimizations.

Right now, I clean and validate datasets and build Power BI and Excel dashboards that track KPIs, performance, and user activity. I write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, then use Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) to run EDA and uncover trends—delivering weekly analytical reports and collaborating with product and engineering teams on recommendations.

I also invest in emerging capabilities through training in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-assisted EDA to make analysis faster and smarter.
