I build interactive dashboards and analysis projects that turn customer, revenue, operations, and risk data into clear decision-making insights.

For NexaTel, I extracted and cleaned customer and revenue data from four linked tables containing approximately 400K rows, then built a four-page Power BI dashboard tracking churn drivers, customer lifetime value, and retention ROI. I also documented statistical findings on behavioral and revenue patterns for reporting.

Across projects including VertaMart, breast cancer analytics, fraud and risk analysis, and Emerald business performance, I validate datasets, resolve data-quality issues, and create Power BI, Tableau, and Excel dashboards. My work includes analyzing survival outcomes, warehouse revenue, inventory movement, supplier performance, returns, and irregular transaction patterns.

I'm comfortable working independently and remotely, using SQL, MySQL, Excel, Power Query, Power BI, DAX, and Tableau to deliver accurate, accessible reporting.
