What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning from industrial design into Sales Executive roles, where I can use my technical product knowledge and design insight to drive revenue through consultative selling, up-selling, and high-touch customer experiences.

At ICANBI GLOBAL VENTURES, I identify up-selling and cross-sell opportunities, run promo campaigns, and engage customers to meet and exceed store targets. I also build client loyalty through consultative service and resolve complaints, returns, and inquiries.

At MOUNTAIN TOP UNIVERSITY, I taught weaving techniques and guided students through fabric production, from warping and weaving to finishing. I managed textile inventory and supported smooth studio operations.
