I've led a $4M end-to-end IT, network, and hardware buildout for a new MRO facility, coordinating teams in France, India, and Mexico through planning, installation, testing, and handover. I also lead AI-driven transformation through custom ERP development, secure on-premise LLM environments, and RFID-based real-time tracking.

I deliver with disciplined governance, risk management, and cross-functional leadership, maintaining 84% on-time delivery, 95% ticket-resolution SLA, and zero security incidents across projects led to date. My teams scale from 10 core collaborators to up to 60 stakeholders across six countries.

Before Safran, I led industrial and automotive integrations, technical sales, product launches, e-commerce operations, and production-line improvements. I bring a Mechatronics Engineering foundation and professional fluency in English and Spanish.
