I’m an internationally experienced, multilingual education and content professional with 4+ years of remote ESL instruction, educational content creation, and customer assistance. I bring native-level English and Portuguese, advanced Spanish, and conversational Japanese to help learners feel supported and understood.

In my current role as a Digital Learning Experience Designer & English Language Teacher at Lingo Connect, I teach students across levels (A1–C2) and ages (6–65+), including Business English specialisation and IELTS preparation. I created 100+ interactive lessons and design/manage digital learning experiences across multiple platforms to keep instruction engaging and measurable.

I build learning ecosystems, not just lessons: I manage and moderate course platforms and learning management systems (LMS), support classroom management, and create educational video and audio content. I also develop learning materials using generative AI tools—using technology to make content more effective while maintaining clear, learner-focused structure.

Alongside my teaching work, I’m committed to continuous improvement. I’m advancing my expertise through a Level 4 Diploma in Business Management and a Professional Certificate in Applied Semiotics, supported by an Accredited TESOL Certification from World TESOL Academy.
