At CAP Fixtures, I coordinated 5,000–10,000 domestic and international outbound shipments a year, aligning carrier schedules, documentation, inventory readiness, and customer delivery requirements.

I analyzed freight spend, service performance, and KPIs across about $4M in annual freight spend using SAP ERP, Oracle, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and TMS/WMS platforms. I also worked with carriers and logistics providers on service reviews, shipment exceptions, corrective actions, and backup transportation plans.

I supported order-to-cash execution through order readiness, shipment release, ASN/EDI activity, and delivery issue resolution. I maintained inventory accuracy on $9M+ in assets through reconciliation, cycle counting, variance investigation, and master-data and location controls.

In my final role at CAP Fixtures, I led a team of up to 24 and a 100,000 sq. ft. operation. I also led root-cause and continuous-improvement projects and wrote SOPs; I’m seeking a remote-only coordinator, analyst, or specialist role and am available to start immediately.
