At City of East Point, I coordinate grant preparation, budgets, compliance reports, and monthly financial analysis. I also assist with year-end closing and preparation of the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
During the past budget season, I served as Interim Budget Manager amid executive personnel changes. I also prepare grant fund budget amendments and coordinate account adjustments with Finance.
At THE FALCONS GROUP, I analyzed financial data and created financial models to support organizational decisions. I also developed financial plans, reports, and automated reporting and forecasting tools.
Earlier, I analyzed and acquired real estate assets at FIRSTKEY HOMES and SYLVAN HOMES, and conducted property research and financial analysis at COLD RIVER LAND. My experience also includes university budget work at KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY.
