At METRO, I owned the Classic EDI platform connecting supplier orders, deliveries and invoices across 20 countries and 20,000+ suppliers. I also ran the EDI workstream in eight country ERP-replacement programmes, from requirements and template alignment through testing, cutover and go-live.

At Metro Cash & Carry Serbia, I built a full supply chain department and developed tools including a Supplier Scorecard that helped lift fill rate from about 70% to 95% in its first year. I also built a stock reduction tool that freed 30% of shelf capacity and 25% of stock value.

Since 2025, I’ve designed and built KestrelWorks AsityDFO, an EASA-compliant system of record for regulated UAV flight operations, and developed an AI-assisted delivery method that traces generated code to requirements and architecture. I’ve also built AI-enabled business tools, including Droneleads and PrivateNotes.
