What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles in real estate development or project management where I can lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end delivery, drive stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable cost and schedule outcomes in an international environment.

I am a Real Estate Development and Project Management professional with over 15 years delivering corporate, commercial, and residential projects across the U.S. and Colombia. I founded and lead Tekoa Group, an independent consultancy managing projects end-to-end for multinational clients.

My background blends architecture and development expertise, having designed and coordinated 25+ architectural projects and managed 30+ corporate and real estate developments delivered on time and within budget. I excel in permitting, subdivision, pre-construction planning, and owner’s representation.

I have led large corporate fit-outs and developments, managed projects up to USD $25M, and negotiated favorable lease terms and contractor agreements to generate cost savings. I coordinate cross-border, multidisciplinary teams and act as the client’s representative to secure approvals and meet milestones.

I bring technical fluency with design and project platforms, bilingual communication (Spanish native, English full professional), strong procurement and cost-control skills, and a proven track record with clients such as Cushman & Wakefield, JLL clients (Amazon, Meta, Apple), Colliers clients, and Cine Colombia.
