Led a team owning business-critical backend, web, and mobile services for a UK healthtech platform, reducing a recurring monthly P1 to a single P1 over 7+ months and resolving incidents in under 30 minutes. Owned a migration of databases and services from AWS to GCP with zero customer-visible downtime, and standardized team CI/CD pipelines and code review policies across the company.

Built backend features on the financial-transactions platform with a focus on correctness and reliability, improving service resilience via standardized retry and resilience patterns. Mentored team members, drove cross-cutting design decisions, and identified a storage issue that could have made disaster-recovery times unacceptable.

Implemented enterprise business features and owned module boundaries, working directly with stakeholders to deliver and maintain application functionality.

Built and integrated OAuth 2.0–based identity management into existing .NET applications and defined CI/CD pipelines to support deployment workflows.

Developed mobile and desktop single-page applications and supporting APIs for an insurance comparison product, including single sign-on functionality.

Owned the development process for a B2B project with a multinational hardware company, including release management, technical specifications, refactoring planning, and stakeholder coordination. Conducted technical interviews for hiring and supported delivery through technical leadership.

Working a telematics and tracking platform, my main responsibilities included development of software components, both for back-end services as well as user interface and code and architecture reviews. Development of reporting SDK based on SQL Server Reporting Services. Creation of components for integration with map services like Google Maps, Bing Maps and Open Maps.

Built components for a Service-Oriented Platform: device drivers for home safety, surveillance and metering hardware; distributed/async processing; web APIs (REST, WCF, TCP/UDP); and XSLT/XML video-streaming controls. Owned the admin portal end-to-end — architecture, dynamic meta-data-driven UI controls, authentication, authorization and out-of-process session handling.
