At SAI Digital Pvt Ltd, I tested e-commerce platforms including SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud, Saleor, Sitecore, and SAP Customer Data Cloud. My work covered customer journeys from product catalog and promotions through cart, checkout, payment, and order management.
On the Brands Suntory SAP Hybris project, I tested commerce workflows and validated pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns against business requirements. I also created and published 500+ promotional campaigns in production and validated content updates using SAP Hybris SmartEdit.
For the TMP CXO Saleor project, I analyzed requirements and user stories, designed test cases, and performed functional, regression, and release testing. I also validated APIs and tracked defects using JIRA.
Across projects, I supported SIT, UAT, production releases, and post-release validation. I’ve worked with Agile/Scrum teams and hold a VSkills Manual Tester certification.
