What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my data-first business analysis experience to requirements, reporting, and process initiatives where I can partner closely with stakeholders, engineering, and governance teams to deliver accurate, usable outcomes.

At Franklin Templeton, I own the business analysis lifecycle for investment reporting and member management initiatives, from discovery workshops and BRD authoring through sprint collaboration and UAT signoff.

I've written BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for system enhancements, data warehouse changes, and reporting initiatives. I also build Power BI and Tableau dashboards used in recurring leadership reviews, while partnering with data engineering on ETL development and Snowflake modernization.

My data-first background helps me investigate discrepancies, validate reporting outputs, and translate regulatory requirements into structured data specifications across trading, compliance, and IT teams.

I began in retail banking analytics at Kaleidofin, analyzing financial datasets, developing operational KPI dashboards, and supporting core banking UAT. I care about clear communication, accurate details, and delivering work teams can actually use.
