I'm leading SAP data migration at LTIMindtree UK, delivering ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations and end-to-end SAP S/4HANA to SuccessFactors Employee Central employee-data migrations. I run stakeholder workshops, define migration strategies and mappings, and manage extraction, transformation, validation, and load activities across business domains.
Previously at Utopia Europe and Utopia India, I built SAP Data Services, IDoc, BAPI, LSMW, and custom ABAP migration solutions for utilities, retail, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, airlines, and IT clients. I've also led Ariba contracts and catalog migrations, supported uXLoader and MDG Data Import Framework work, and delivered legacy data decommissioning and archiving activities.
Across 19+ years in SAP, I combine hands-on ABAP development with practical delivery documentation—from conversion requirements and mapping sheets to test scripts, training materials, and deployment documentation.
