Modernized and migrated the Content team's internal Content Development Lifecycle tool off a legacy stack, including work tracking, build and release tracking, and agency approval workflows. Automated regression triggering into the release pipeline and led a team of 4 engineers, cutting MTTR by 35%.

Unified payment processing across aa.com and airport kiosks, improving checkout conversion and reducing payment-related support tickets. Led end-to-end delivery of booking, check-in, and baggage features across a distributed team using AngularJS and Java/J2EE.

Built VCE Transact, a framework powering enterprise infrastructure provisioning for VBlock, using Spring MVC, Spring Web Flow, and JBoss-Drools for business rule validation. Automated finance and VArchitect sign-off workflows via Java Mail and ran 2-week Agile sprints as de facto scrum lead.

Built the end-to-end booking itinerary flow from JavaScript MVC front end to RESTful/JAX-RS backend services. Set up CI/CD with Hudson, Sonar, and Nexus and implemented Spring Security across the platform.
