What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in electrical construction where I can own planning and execution of substations, transmission lines, and solar scope—ensuring quality, safety, on-time delivery, and smooth coordination with clients, vendors, and contractors.

I’m an Electrical Engineer (DEE – Diploma in Electrical Engineer) with 28+ years of experience in project management, project execution, planning, and the full lifecycle of erection, testing, and commissioning. I specialize in delivering substations, transmission lines, switch yards, and solar plant work with strong focus on quality documentation.

As a Project Manager–Construction with my present employer, I lead electrical construction projects end-to-end—installation of structures and equipment, commissioning of 69/33/11 kV through 330/225/90/33 kV substations, and transformer erection. I manage schedule delivery, materials tracking, daily progress reporting, and problem-solving to control timelines and budgets.

I’ve also served as a Site Manager/Site In-charge/Assistant Manager (Electrical) across multi-country projects, including transmission line civil, erection, and stringing, along with preparation of client and contractor billing processes. My responsibility includes maintaining quality and safety on site, and coordinating client, vendors, and sub-contractors to complete projects smoothly.

Beyond grid infrastructure, I’ve delivered large-scale solar work—executing DC solar plants and related pooling/substation and transmission line scope, from planning through construction and commissioning support. I build and lead teams to achieve successful project delivery, while ensuring consistent standards across every phase.
