I'm seeking an entry-level HR role where I can apply recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations knowledge while learning industry best practices and contributing to a positive work environment.

I've supported recruitment and HR operations at Prometo Consultancy, assisting with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate databases, onboarding, and talent management.

During my HR internship at TVS Brakes India Ltd, I selected or referred qualified applicants for hiring decisions, maintained employment records in HRMS software, and reported on workplace health and safety compliance.

I'm completing an MBA in HR & Operations and bring communication, problem-solving, adaptability, decision-making, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
