I'm looking for a data analyst opportunity where I can build dashboards, analyze data, improve reporting workflows, and collaborate with teams to deliver actionable business insights while growing my skills in business intelligence and machine learning.

I've built interactive Power BI dashboards at Promeal Biotech to analyze operational metrics, business performance, KPI trends, and reporting workflows. I use DAX, Power Query, Advanced Excel, Python, and SQL to clean data and turn complex datasets into actionable insights.

My projects include an AI-driven developer stress prediction model that achieved 88% accuracy using Linear Regression and Random Forest, plus an HR Analytics Dashboard examining attrition, performance, job satisfaction, and salary trends. I enjoy solving business problems through data visualization, exploratory analysis, and collaborative, data-driven decision-making.
