I founded Vedbhanu to build done-for-you operations systems for online coaching and creator-led businesses. I turn manual support, onboarding, content, and admin work into reliable systems using n8n, Make, Airtable, and Claude-based AI agents.
I've built support and content automation for Justin Moore's coaching program, helping save roughly 20 admin hours monthly and support growth without added headcount. At AI Architects School, I ran frontline support while building the systems behind it as the community grew from roughly 200 to 900 members and churn fell from 24% to 9%.
