What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead engineering organizations and cloud-native product delivery, while advancing AI-assisted, specification-driven workflows, developer productivity, platform modernization, and strong engineering quality practices.

At Trajector, I lead 18 engineers across four teams, owning technical strategy and delivery for six products and six microservices supporting core business operations.

I've driven Client Portal, Evidence Gathering System, Disability Discovery Module, and Invoicing & Payment Platform initiatives while raising automated test coverage from 0% to 80%. I also helped build Trajector India engineering operations from its first technology employee to approximately 100 employees.

Previously, as CTO at StrategyWerks, I built a 40+ person engineering organization and delivered 50+ projects spanning healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, real estate, Web3, and social platforms.

I stay hands-on with architecture, cloud-native systems, event-driven services, and AI-assisted, specification-driven workflows that strengthen quality, planning, testing, and delivery consistency.
