I'm building CRM, recruitment, support, and reporting automations at AICA International using Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Desk, Zoho Flow, Deluge, and REST APIs. My work includes custom modules, approval Blueprints, workflow rules, SLA routing, dashboards, and cross-application data synchronization.
I've also developed Power BI and Tableau dashboards, analyzed structured datasets, and built Python-based machine learning projects including a real-time sign language translator. I enjoy turning business workflows and data into practical systems that improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
