At Airtel Digital, I own bulk-upload and evaluation APIs for the real-time recommendation and offer-personalization engine serving millions of requests daily across Airtel Thanks, prepaid, postpaid, broadband, DTH, and Airtel Black.
I build Java and Spring Boot services with MongoDB, Aerospike, and Kafka, scaling capacity and tuning caching and consumers for reliable, low-latency offer delivery. I improved real-time offer delivery latency by 30% for 100K+ users and reduced complex query execution time by 40%.
