At Bharti Airtel, I designed a recommendation API platform serving millions of customers across the Airtel Thanks ecosystem. Using Java, Spring Boot, Aerospike, Kafka, and Kubernetes/OpenShift, I helped deliver approximately 4,000 TPS with average API latency below 150 ms and reduced RCA/debugging time by about 60% through audit logging and observability.
I’ve also built scalable UCM microservices and custom Apache NiFi processors that improved daily 10 TB data-processing efficiency by 120%. Previously at Oracle Financial Services Software, I developed backend solutions and multilingual JSON parsing for Flexcube and Oracle banking products.
