Constructed a mathematically correct alphabet and language, revealing a structure for operating and reproducing meanings. Demonstrated that the language's meaning structure is expandable to a full set of words.

Studied elliptic curve cryptography, OpenSSL, cryptographic libraries, and Microsoft CryptoAPI to write a GOST R 34.10-2001 (2012) cryptographic provider. Coded generation and validation of digital signatures according to GOST.

Added a password prompt to the uboot bootloader for embedded Linux and studied internal software of an outdoor IP camera. Also attempted to invent a robot for stock market speculative trading using R language.

Optimized an application that received alerts from guarded facilities by adding a layer of in-memory objects between the user interface and XML files. Also wrote a Java application to extract text from an Internet source and convert it to RTF format.

Designed and coded an algorithm to determine whether a rectangle can be contained within a polygon with polygonal holes. Also designed and coded a new algorithm for performing the union operation on a large number of polygons at once.

Programmed a barcode scanner running Windows CE, creating records of receiving, shipment, and moving of goods in a warehouse. Also wrote an application for transferring data from the mobile scanner to a PC.

Designed a nonstandard DBMS, studied relational algebra and compiler theory. Wrote a program that translated SELECT SQL statements to a tree of relational algebra operations.

Developed a web application with ASP.NET, featuring custom controls for UI display and printable reports for each page.

Wrote a program to extract currency exchange rates from HTML pages and a website directory prototype with ASP.NET. Implemented an ISAPI filter in C++ to redirect URLs to user pages.

Developed a RADIUS server and billing system for an ISP, designing the database structure. Wrote an application to enter special offers with traffic-based and time-based discounts.

Implemented the server of a computing system predicting stock price behavior, designed computational components, wrote an installation application, tests, and a utility for configuration. Invented an algorithm for choosing the best combinations.

Implemented COM objects for database access, wrote stored procedures and triggers, designed the DB structure, and designed components with UML.

Developed a client application for a postal company automation system, designed the client-server interface, and participated in system design using UML.

Wrote an application to remove comments, spaces, and tabulation from ASP code to make it unreadable. Studied COM, VBScript, ADO, and HTML, and wrote a web application demo for a medical laboratory.

Studied at the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics from 1996 to 2001.
