What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in operations, logistics, transportation, distribution centers, service coordination, or multi-site follow-up.

At GRUPOSIMSA, I supervised the operation and administration of three LPG plants in Acuña, Monclova, and Piedras Negras as Supervisor General, Northern Region. I worked directly with plant managers to maintain operational continuity and address issues requiring coordination across locations.

I also coordinated and followed up on an operational structure of approximately 300–390 employees. I communicated findings, operational needs, and proposed solutions to General Management.

Previously, as an Internal Auditor at GRUPOSIMSA, I planned and coordinated multi-site visits across five states, including personnel, objectives, tasks, travel logistics, and per diem requests. I reviewed plant and point-of-sale operations, inventories, and administrative controls, and followed up on discrepancies and overdue accounts.

I prepared recurring reports and analyzed information using Excel formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and linked files. I also participated in the real-time implementation of MicroSIP for the purified water and ice production and distribution division.
