I led modernization from HP-UX to AWS and RHEL 8, alongside Java refactoring toward modular, event-driven architectures.

At GAINWELL TECHNOLOGIES, I also led data de-identification strategy and delivery for healthcare and Medicaid environments, balancing privacy, compliance, architecture, and operational requirements.

I founded Build Automate, grew it into a seven-figure consulting firm, and completed an acquisition. Earlier, I built Oracle / AmberPoint’s Government and Federal Consulting Practice to $4.5M in annual revenue and co-founded ST Securities, where I served as CTO and designed the architecture behind its online trading and holdings platform.
