I'm a product manager who co-founded and ran a two-sided data product end-to-end: discovery, pricing, roadmap, analytics — and the data platform itself, working in SQL/BigQuery daily. What I bring is founder-level ownership together with the ability to answer my own data questions.

At Tabu.hr, Croatia's salary benchmarking platform, I built the product from zero, mostly as a one-person company — owning product, data, pricing, sales, and support. I grew the community dataset past 80,000 salary submissions from 25,000+ professionals, the defensible core the paid products are built on, and designed the data-freshness engine (3-month update cycle, access gating, instant percentile recalculation) that keeps the benchmarks current — the capability paying clients value most. Every product decision came from data I queried myself: BigQuery pipeline, Looker Studio dashboards, a daily ops dashboard, and a standing NPS/PMF research program.

I also shipped the C2C web app that replaced a BI-tool report, on a privacy-first architecture where peer-level data never leaves the server.

Before Tabu I ran discovery workshops and wrote specifications developers built from directly at Factory, led a product team through multiple telco products at Inceptum, and started out managing databases at Farmeron. I've worked remote and async since 2019, writing-first, and what I want out of product work is depth on one product with a real team around it.
