Designed a non-planar chassis, lowering the vehicle’s CG by 37mm compared to last year’s design, ensuring better handling. Conducted real-time simulations using beam and shell elements including cornering, braking and bump steer on the frame. Integrated components of all 5 subsystems to define packaging and mounting structures, ensuring a fully functional vehicle.

Led 10+ subsystem members in design, manufacturing, and testing phases for Formula Bharat 2025 FSEV competition. Mentored 7 junior team members firsthand, imparting practical knowledge on the design of components in the subsystem.
