I’m a React Developer with 1+ year of professional experience building responsive web applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS. I focus on creating reusable UI components and clean, mobile-friendly interfaces that perform well across devices.

At Concientech IT Solutions, I delivered 2+ production-grade web applications and built 25+ reusable UI components (tables, modals, forms, filters, dashboards). This work helped reduce feature development time by 40% across 3+ internal modules, while keeping implementations maintainable and team-ready.

I integrated 20+ RESTful API endpoints with JWT authentication using React Hooks, and implemented role-based access control (RBAC) for Admin, HR, and Employee roles. On my Karya Corporate Intranet & Employee Management Portal, I architected an ERP-style frontend automating 5+ HR workflows and connected 12+ JWT-protected endpoints with proper error handling and loading states.
