At Mahindra & Mahindra, I lead wheel and tire development for ICE vehicle projects including NUiQ, XUV7XO, THAR ROXX, XUV3XO, and Bolero Neo. I set vehicle-level specifications, optimize alloy wheel rims, and use CAE verification to deliver Class-A design and structural durability.
I previously led PCR tire ramp-up and construction at MRF Tyres, improving mass-production readiness, uniformity yield, and cured-tire scrap performance. I also developed methods for grooved tread-profile sidewalls to improve gauge distribution and reduce scrap.
As a PCR Tire Design Engineer at MRF R&D, I delivered 15 OEM development approvals for Renault-Nissan and M&M projects. My work includes the NUiQ platform's lightest-ever 18-inch alloy wheel rim and 235/60 R18 tire, while meeting durability, ride, steering, handling, braking, and NVH targets.
