I’m a Factory Manager with 12+ years of end-to-end experience in stores operations, material management, warehouse management, internal logistics, and dispatch. I focus on driving reliable processes that protect inventory value and keep production moving.

At Rajaansh Faishion LLP, I’ve been working as a Factory Manager since July 2021, owning store management, material management, warehouse management, line-up production, quality & dispatch. I’ve led major improvements like SOP (standard operating procedure) implementation, process revision, material planning, third party jobwork line-up, and manpower planning.

Before this, as Dy. Manager at DP Jindal Group (Maharashtra seamless Ltd.), I handled issue/receipt/storage with defined procedures, GRNs, internal logistics (warehouse to warehouse), local procurement, bill verifying, and clearing transport. I worked with ERP—Oracle ERP environment and also applied ABC/XYZ identification, FIFO/LIFO inventory techniques, ISO standard observance, and 5S systems for clean and hygienic stores.

Earlier roles strengthened my procurement and inventory discipline, including PR/PO processing, vendor development, MIN-MAX, and applying JIT & DOL in a 24X7 store/warehouse setup. I bring training such as Fasttrack and Six Sigma Yallow Belt, backed by P G in Material & Supply chain management from IMT Ghaziabad.
