At Bajaj auto Ltd, Chakan, I manage store operations for motorcycle and scooter manufacturing, including inventory tracking, material receiving, and stock rotation using FIFO.

I maintain material flow to the assembly line, prepare goods receipt notes, verify bills of material for new models, and handle invoices and dispatches. I also monitor store DWM and support inbound logistics.

Previously, I worked as a Team Leader in Production at Bajaj auto Ltd. I improved line balance and addressed motion losses through Kaizen, and supported daily production, quality, and safety activities.

My production work included SAP system tasks, POKA-YOKE, torque compliance, and process validation and PPAP support for product launches and engineering changes. I’m pursuing a PGDM in Logistics & supply chain management.
