At AVJ Industries, I manage plant operations for cold-forged and thread-rolled fasteners, coordinating production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics to meet customer commitments.

I develop in-house tooling, dies, and process improvements for screws, spring washers, and nuts. This work improves dimensional consistency, tool and die life, and productivity.

I manage ISO 9001/BIS requirements, FMEA, SPC, and root-cause analysis, and drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives. I maintain ≥99% on-time delivery to OEM customers including VST, TVS, and Honda.

Previously, at Kalisma Steels Pvt Ltd, I managed OEM and Tier-1 customer accounts and JIT supply coordination, including resolving disruptions for TVS Motor Company. I hold a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Advanced Manufacturing, and am seeking to apply my fastener manufacturing and quality-systems background to aerospace-grade fastener production.
