What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time operations, CRM, reporting, or analytics role where I can improve workflows, maintain accurate data, build useful reports, and support cross-functional teams in a remote or collaborative environment.

I’ve supported CRM operations by maintaining customer records and sales data in Salesforce with a focus on data accuracy, real-time updates, and smoother team hand-offs.

As an Operational Analyst Intern at Nandika Keshav Polymers, I coordinated workflows in an HDPE production environment, managed documentation and invoice processing, and helped resolve production-to-dispatch bottlenecks.

I build practical reporting tools, including an operational efficiency dashboard using Excel and Power BI to monitor KPIs and turn internal data into management-ready reports.

I also developed an automated data pipeline with Python and SQL to clean and structure datasets. With an MSc in Business Analytics, I’m comfortable managing independent remote workloads while supporting cross-functional teams.
