I'm a passionate Software Development Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. Currently, I work at Verizon, where I contribute to the User Management module of the MyBiz Portal. My role involves enhancing digital adoption and improving user engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for users across various segments.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led projects aimed at streamlining user journeys, including onboarding and account management. My collaborative approach with cross-functional teams has enabled me to develop tools that significantly improve customer satisfaction. Notable projects include the MBA portal, which empowers sales representatives to assist customers more effectively, and various personal projects that showcase my skills in web development and AI.
