I'm a seasoned JavaScript Developer with over 5 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. My journey has been centered around developing and executing efficient products and project strategies that drive customer success. Currently, I work as a Software Engineer II at Ciena Corporation, where I lead a team of junior developers in building products from scratch and scaling them effectively. My previous roles at Paytm and Mindtree allowed me to hone my skills in the MERN/MEAN stack, where I successfully built new features, improved project performance, and mentored junior developers. I believe in writing clean, maintainable code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets business requirements.
