At INVIFIO, I built and deployed four multilingual AI chatbots and voice agents for healthcare clinic clients across WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone. I wrote their system prompts and conversation flows, with guardrails for language switching, lead qualification, human handover, and appointment booking.
At Chiac ASI, I contributed to a team Flask Q&A platform by building REST API endpoints and integrating question deduplication and keyword extraction. I also built the SkyeTech company website and SlidesProAI marketing site as a Software Developer Intern at SkyeTech Solutions. My work includes an IEEE-published paper, “Multimodal AI Chatbot for Skin Disease.”
