At Spinabot, I designed and shipped ChatbotBuilder to production, an AI-native customer support and sales platform. I built a RAG-based reasoning pipeline and integrated Salesforce CRM synchronization with logic for auto-resolution and escalation.
At Vidal Health, I worked on pharmacy preauthorization and claims automation processing 10,000–20,000+ requests weekly. I built an OCR-based preauthorization pipeline and a claims-processing workflow that generated structured Excel reports.
For my B.Tech capstone, I engineered DocuMind, a RAG-based document Q&A system for querying unstructured documents. I also developed a LangGraph RAG assistant and an LLM-powered webinar engagement agent.
