At Resolute AI Software, I built an AI-powered lead generation feature that extracts headquarters and branch locations from a company website using Python, Playwright, BeautifulSoup, and LLMs. I’m also developing LLM-powered web data extraction workflows and experimenting with generative AI and computer vision models for classification and defect detection.
For ServiceFlow, I built a real-time voice agent for field-service operations, handling triage, booking, scheduling changes, cancellations, technician matching, and dispatch. I implemented deterministic scheduling tools, customer context, safety escalation, and failure recovery.
I built three LangGraph systems for an AI-focused VC firm, covering market intelligence, competitive analysis, and multi-agent ecosystem mapping. I also built Pragya AI, a hybrid GraphRAG platform for reasoning across industrial documents, and PranRakshak AI, a sepsis early-warning system with risk explanations and a RAG copilot.
At Kountr, I built and sold an offline restaurant POS and billing system. During my AI & Machine Learning internship at EduNet Foundation (AICTE + IBM), I built an ML pipeline that achieved 87.6% accuracy. I’m studying Computer Science and Engineering at IK Gujral Punjab Technical University.
