At Samsung Research and Development, I designed an NLP-based app categorization system using BERT and transformer models, improving classification accuracy by 10–15%. I also built data preprocessing and model evaluation workflows for application datasets.
For One UI, I ported the Brightness Bar into the redesigned Quick Settings Panel and reimplemented it using Jetpack Compose. I collaborated with Google and Samsung HQ on the Mobile Data Tile, which shipped in production firmware to millions of Galaxy devices.
As a Software Development Engineer Intern at Samsung Research and Development, I developed a GAN-based dynamic wallpaper engine and optimized its on-device inference. I’ve also built RAG knowledge assistant projects, and filed three patents in India spanning on-device AI, display power optimization, and multimedia signal processing.
