At Hindustan Foods Ltd., I supported the execution of a ₹30 Cr slump sale acquisition through valuation, transaction structuring, compliance review, and legal documentation coordination with senior stakeholders.
I evaluated 8+ FMCG acquisition opportunities across acqui-hires, strategic investments, share swaps, asset sales, and vertical integration. I used financial and commercial analysis to assess target profitability and transaction attractiveness.
I built DCF models with sensitivity and scenario analysis to set valuation ranges, and reviewed ratios and working capital to evaluate target performance. As part of due diligence, I conducted forensic audits testing revenue recognition, related-party transactions, inventory, and receivables.
I also prepared board-level financial packs and investor presentations by analysing financial performance, consolidating key metrics, and validating data. I hold a B.Sc. in Economics (Hons) with a minor in Financial Modelling from Somaiya Vidyavihar University.
